Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take slightly longer.
Order Cut-Off Time Orders placed before 2:00 PM Mountain Time (MT) on a business day begin processing the same day. Orders after cut-off, on weekends, or on public holidays begin processing the next business day.
Shipping Method We ship via trusted third-party carriers and partner couriers. The carrier is selected based on your delivery address.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
Standard Shipping: Free on orders over $70 USD. Orders below $70 USD are $4.99 USD. All amounts are charged in your local currency at checkout (USD, GBP, EUR, AUD, CAD where supported).
VIP Handling (optional): $11.99 USD. Your order is processed and shipped within 24 hours.
Shipping Protection (optional): $4.99 USD. Covers loss, theft, or damage in transit. Toggle on or off at checkout.
Standard delivery time: 7–13 business days after dispatch worldwide.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, customs clearance, courier delays, or other circumstances outside our control.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Allow 1–2 business days after dispatch for tracking to update.
Customs, Duties and Taxes For orders shipped outside the United States, the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees levied by the destination country. These are determined by your local customs authority.
Change of Address Contact info@luxuslove-jewellery.com as soon as possible. We can't guarantee changes once an order has entered processing.
Order Cancellation Orders may be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of placement by emailing info@luxuslove-jewellery.com. After 24 hours or once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled. See our Refund Policy.
Lost or Stolen Packages If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it: check with neighbours, contact your local postal carrier with your tracking number, and contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date. Packages with no tracking movement for 30+ calendar days from dispatch will be considered lost in transit; we'll arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Damaged Packages Contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund per our Refund Policy.
Failed Deliveries Packages returned due to incorrect address, refused delivery, or repeated failed delivery attempts may incur reshipping costs to the customer.
