I just ordered an item, when will it be shipped?

We do our best to ship items as soon as possible. If you chose Free Shipping, It may take 1–2 days for the order to be shipped, the average delivery time is 7-12 business days. Tracking numbers are updated 1–2 days after the order is shipped. If you still do not have a tracking number after 5 business days, please email info@luxuslove-jewellery.com

I am not satisfied with my order, can it be returned? What happens if there is a problem?

We offer a 100% money-back guarantee if the product is defective or damaged. We will give you 14 days to return it for a full refund. You must send it at your own expense and once we receive the product, we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. For more information, please see the relevant section. Please contact us before returning it for full details on what to do. Note: If your package is in transit, please wait until it arrives and then return it to us for a full refund.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel the order without penalty within 2 hours from the order date by simply sending an email to info@luxuslove-jewellery.com In any case, it is necessary to cancel the order before shipping. If the item has already been shipped or processed, unfortunately we cannot cancel the order, but you can return the item as soon as you receive it.



I have entered an incorrect address, what should I do?

If you have verified that the address you entered at the time of purchase is incorrect or incomplete, please let us know immediately by sending an email to
info@luxuslove-jewellery.com If the address you provided is incorrect, we can change it to the correct address within 12 hours. After 12 hours of incorrect shipping, no refund is guaranteed.
