Tracking Tips
- Tracking information typically becomes available 1–2 business days after your order is dispatched.
- If your tracking number isn't showing updates yet, please allow up to 48 hours for the carrier to scan the parcel into their system.
- We ship via USPS, Royal Mail, Australia Post, Canada Post, An Post, and partner couriers for international destinations — your specific carrier will be shown once tracking activates.

Common Tracking Statuses
- Info Received — the carrier has been notified about your shipment but hasn't picked it up yet.
- In Transit — your parcel is moving through the carrier network.
- Out for Delivery — your parcel is on the delivery vehicle today.
- Delivered — your parcel has been marked as delivered.
- Exception / Failed Attempt — there was a delivery issue (often a missed delivery or wrong address). Contact us if this persists for more than 48 hours.
