Orders & Shipping
What currency are prices shown in? Prices are displayed in your local currency at checkout, where supported. We currently support US Dollar (USD), British Pound (GBP), Euro (EUR), Australian Dollar (AUD), and Canadian Dollar (CAD). The currency used to charge your card will be shown clearly at checkout.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship worldwide. Free shipping on orders over $70 USD; 7–13 business days delivery. See our Shipping Policy.
Which carriers do you use?
For our 5 main markets, we partner with USPS (United States), Royal Mail (United Kingdom), Australia Post (Australia), Canada Post (Canada), and An Post (Ireland). For international destinations, we use trusted partner couriers selected based on your delivery country.
How long does delivery take? Standard delivery typically takes 7–13 business days after dispatch. We offer an optional VIP Handling upgrade at checkout that ships your order within 24 hours. For full details, please see our Shipping Policy.
When will my order be shipped? Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of being placed (excluding weekends and public holidays). VIP Handling orders are shipped within 24 hours.
How do I track my order? Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also track at any time via our Track Your Order page. Please allow 1–2 business days after dispatch for tracking information to update. If your tracking number isn't working after 48 hours, please email info@luxuslove-jewellery.com.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept? We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal. All payments are securely processed by Shopify Payments and PayPal.
Will I be charged customs duties? For orders shipped outside the United States, the recipient may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or fees levied by the destination country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in the product price.
Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
What is your return policy? You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. Most of our gift sets are returnable; only custom-engraved or personalised items and final-sale items are excluded. For full details, please see our Refund Policy.
My item arrived damaged or defective — what do I do? Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@luxuslove-jewellery.com with clear photos of the damaged item and your order number. We'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.
Who pays for return shipping?

Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: we cover the return shipping cost. Where prepaid return labels are available for your country, we'll provide one; otherwise, we'll reimburse your return postage.

Change of mind / customer remorse: the customer is responsible for return shipping.
Can I cancel my order? Yes — you can cancel free of charge within 24 hours of placing your order by emailing info@luxuslove-jewellery.com with your order number. After 24 hours, or once the order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, but you can still return it under our Refund Policy.
I entered an incorrect address — what should I do? Email us at info@luxuslove-jewellery.com as soon as possible with your order number and the correct address. We'll do our best to update it, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has entered processing or shipping. Orders returned to us due to an incorrect address may incur a reshipping fee.
Products
What materials do you use? Our jewellery uses materials including stainless steel, sterling silver, and quality alloys with hypoallergenic plating. Specific material details are listed on each product page.
I have a metal allergy — is your jewellery safe for me? Many of our pieces use hypoallergenic plating and are nickel-free where stated. Customers with metal allergies should review the specific material details on each product page before ordering.
Do your products come gift-wrapped? Yes — every piece is packaged in our signature gift-ready box, designed for giving.
Can I order a custom or personalised piece? Some of our pieces can be personalised at checkout. For custom requests, please email info@luxuslove-jewellery.com and we'll do our best to help.
Lost & Stolen Packages
My tracking shows delivered but I haven't received it. Please contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date so we can investigate with the carrier. We also recommend reporting the issue to your local authorities if theft is suspected. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.
My package hasn't arrived and tracking hasn't updated. If a package shows no tracking movement for more than 30 calendar days from dispatch, contact us — we'll consider it lost in transit and arrange a replacement or refund.
