Return and Refund Policy

30-day return policy from the date you receive your item.

Item must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags and proof of purchase. Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: free return shipping (prepaid label where available, otherwise return postage reimbursed), full refund or replacement. Change of mind: customer covers return shipping. No restocking fees. Custom, personalised, or engraved items are non-returnable unless faulty.

To start a return, email info@luxuslove-jewellery.com with your order number. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval, in the original currency of purchase.
