This page explains how billing, payments, and security work when you place an order with Luxus Love Jewellery.

All payments are processed by trusted, PCI-DSS compliant payment providers (Shopify Payments and PayPal). The exact list of payment options available to you may vary based on your country and device.

When Your Card Is Charged

Your payment method is charged in full at the time the order is placed. You will receive an email confirmation with your order number once payment is successfully processed. If a payment fails, the order will not be created and you will not be charged.

Currency

All prices are displayed in your local currency at checkout, where supported. We currently support: US Dollar (USD), British Pound (GBP), Euro (EUR), Australian Dollar (AUD), and Canadian Dollar (CAD). The currency used to charge your card will be shown clearly at checkout before you confirm your order.

Taxes, Duties, and Customs

Prices displayed on the Site do not include applicable sales tax, VAT, customs duties, or import fees unless explicitly stated. Where required by law, applicable taxes will be calculated and shown at checkout.

For orders shipped outside the United States, the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees levied by the destination country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Payment Security

We take payment security seriously. Your transaction is protected by:

• TLS encryption (modern HTTPS / TLS 1.2 or higher) on every page of our Site, including checkout.

• PCI-DSS compliant payment processing — payments are handled by certified providers (Shopify Payments, PayPal). Luxus Love Jewellery does not see, store, or have access to your full credit card number. We can only see your billing details, shipping details, order summary, and the last 4 digits of your card.

• Tokenisation of card data so that your sensitive payment information is never stored on our servers.

• Two-factor authentication on administrative accounts that handle order data.

You can verify that you are on a secure page by looking for the padlock icon in your browser's address bar and confirming the URL starts with "https://".

Order Confirmation and Receipts

Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order number, item details, billing summary, shipping address, and estimated delivery time. If you do not receive this email within 24 hours, please check your spam folder and then contact us at info@luxuslove-jewellery.com.

Failed Payments and Order Cancellation

If your payment is declined by your bank or card issuer, your order will not be processed. Please contact your bank for the reason or try an alternative payment method.

You may cancel your order free of charge within 24 hours of placing it by emailing info@luxuslove-jewellery.com. After 24 hours or once the order has shipped, the order can no longer be cancelled — but you may still return the item under our Refund Policy.

Refunds and Chargebacks

Refunds are processed in line with our Refund Policy. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the returned item. Banks and card issuers may take additional time to post the funds.

If you have any concerns about a charge on your account, please contact us at info@luxuslove-jewellery.com before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve the issue directly. Most billing concerns can be resolved within 1–2 business days.

Privacy

Your billing information is collected, used, and protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not rent, sell, or share your personal payment information with third parties for marketing purposes.
